Hi, I am Jerry V. Willingham a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Husband, Father, Grandfather, University of Texas at Austin graduate - BA in 1983 and 7th Generation Texan. I was raised farming and ranching as was my Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfathers. The blessing of tending the family ranch with my Parent’s alongside my brothers taught me land stewardship from an early age. My favorite saying of Dad’s is “This ranch really doesn’t belong to me, God’s just letting me take care of it for a while.” There is a great sense of pride and accomplishment to see the fruits of your work come to be on your own piece of God’s world. Work ethics and responsibility come easy to those of us blessed to have been raised that way. Long before legally able to drive we were working and feeding cattle, plowing and planting, running combines, pulling cattle trailers and driving grain trucks.
Since graduating from The University of Texas, I have acquired extensive Commercial and Ranch Real Estate Brokerage experience over the last 35+ years. It has been my pleasure working with clients to not only buy and sell ranches, but to assist with them with subdivisions, healthcare facilities, self-storage and many other types of commercial and income properties. I am also a licensed commercial insurance agent/broker with 30+ years representing private clients in healthcare and hospitality including senior living, self-storage and restaurants nationwide. Having a wide and diverse business background has greatly expanded the scope and depth of my ability to meet client needs and conversely provided me a long list of lifelong friends and customers whom I serve to this day.
Considered an accomplished cook by some, I do enjoy the culinary arts, cooking for friends and family and am certainly one who appreciates fine wines. I have been a sportsman my entire life and while wing shooting has always been my favorite, the occasional deer, elk and fishing trips have each taken up their share of my time. I am a huge baseball fan and passionate about Texas baseball, the Houston Astros and of course, UT Football.

Our family is proud of Judge CH Willingham, a true Texan, his work in advancing West Texas, and his service in the 1901-1903 State Legislature.
